We validate our mystery shopper's work in a variety of ways, in order to ensure the shopper completed the assignment correctly, in accordance with the client's brief.

We are confident in the quality of work that we provide, and if we ever find a report mystery shop, that is not presented to the agreed standard we investigate and if require we will conduct a re-shop at no cost.
