Each Client is appointed an Account Manager, who is the key interface between the Client and
the Agency. Supporting the Account Manager is a team of people.
For each project we work with our client in defining the project parameters, deliverables,
time-scales and costs. We will focus on scenario and script creation in addition to
effectively building the appropriate evaluation sheets and reporting processes, and co-ordinating
the project in accordance with a client’s requirements.
Once all information is analysed and distributed and a project is finalised, all projects are
evaluated against initial objectives/milestones (for larger projects mid-programme reviews may
take place).
