Mystery shopping is a fun way of earning extra income whilst providing valuable insight to our clients. Mystery shoppers will typically be asked to anonymously visit or call a specific store with the intention of observing and reporting on the entire customer experience and the quality of the customer service received.

A majority of our mystery shopper projects involve visiting a specific store location and making an enquiry regarding the products or services on offer. We also conduct mystery telephone calls and assess online customer experiences and conduct video mystery shopping projects.
